What can I write about deforestation and greenpeace?

what so many people dont realize about Greenpeace is that they do more than just campaigning. before starting a campaign, they talk with major companies about altering some of thier practices. take for example one campaign a few years ago called "Green my Apple". it was aimed towards the ipods that when disembled had hazardous components in them. because of GP's direct communication with the company, no one saw a full on attack that GP is typically known for. now Apple is making ipods that have less hazardous material. GP has always been working towards stomping out deforestation and are actually taking on a project right now called Kleercut where they target companies such as Kimberly Clarke that make Kleenex. these companies are clear cutting ancient forests in canada. its unfortunate but it doesnt seem like GP will be successful. however, there are already numerous campuses which have discontinued buying products from KC. GP doesnt only hold demonstrations, they lobby with congressional leaders and try to find ways that work for both the environment and the company. look up kleercut and see what you can find.
