What is the exact policy of sending email newsletters only to registered public for it? except one by US.?

We are sending emails only to our clients, we are giving option to unsubscribe also. We don't not collect email addresses by cheating or buying. We just send information about our free lectures but still it is marked as spam. What should be do about it?
