Tire is flat, lugnuts are rusted, do I need a tow?

Go get a sway bar unless you feel like investing in a new rim and garanteeing yourself that the tire cant be fixed. If the sway bar still isn't enough stick a long pipe on the end of it. It will break loose I promis you. Spary the **** out of them with some deep creep. WD40 is kinda crappy really and regular oil wont really work. And if you really did tourch the **** out of them you might want to replace the studs seeing as how you just ****** them for no apparant reason but hey, take this as a learning experiece. Your rim might be screwed to.
