Trying to upload a video on youtube.....?

it keeps saying that an unexpected error has occurred and i tried this about 5 or 6 time i'm using a laptop with WiFi that has 2 bars of signal (stealing it from the neighbor) at the top when i upload it (well at least try to) it says the video file name and WAV or something like that i don't remember what do i do... please help
