Is Call Of Duty Black Ops worth buying if you HATE multi-player games?

I have all of the Call of Duty games for the PC, but it seems that this new one is pretty much just on the market to compete with other online FPS. And just to say how I do not like multi-player games, all of the HALOs are absolutely horrible. Run and Gun shooters require absolutely no strategic thinking. Unlike in the Call of Duty Franchise on PC if you try to Run and Gun on the campaign modes you will get killed immediately like in real life. And I know I shoot for a living in the Army. So is the single player campaign in Black Ops worth buying? Thanks for any input!
