Should I go to a Narcotics annonymous meeting?

should I go and keep going and act like everything is ok. should I be honest and tell them I just cannot seem to quit the heroin and morphine or should I just quit going, wait until I am broke and in the gutter and hope for the best, or should I just shoot myself now and get it over with.
