Who really is to blame for the Iraqi conflict?

I blame all of the above, but I think the main ones to blame are Bush and his cohorts. Within 5 HOURS after the 9/11 attacks, Rumsfeld ordered his staff to find as much "evidence" as possible linking Iraq to the attacks. It's obvious that this war has never been about terrorism. If it were, Bush & Co. would have focused on going after bin Laden. Instead, it was only 6 MONTHS after the attacks that Bush said that capturing bin Laden was "not our priority". I think we know what their "priority" was, though. As Alan Greenspan said, it's OIL!
