Ok i like this guy so much and im wondering what i should do and if i should tell him i like him?

ok i like this kid so much and he is way cute and so nice like one time in cl i had a huge headach and he sai you look sad whats rong and i told him i had a headach and he said oh im so sorry it helps if you suck on somethings and than he offerd me o a tom of things and than i have been going to his baseball games as a friend cause he is like my best friend and he came over to my house and brought me cookies and than i told him how much i enjoy going to the games and that im so happy we are firends and than he has been telling my that im so sweet and that im a great person does thins mean he likes me or should i tell him i like him oh and i stink at math and he is way smart and i said im so sucky at math and he told me i wasnt and that im so intwelligant wich isnt true and he always makes me lagh what should i do
