What do I do with a portable steamer?

It's probably meant for cleaning. You blast your faucets or whatever with it and the dirt wipes right off. I wouldn't use it on a painted surface. At least that's what I've seen in the ads on TV. You could also use it for steaming garments. It should have a nozzle for cleaning and a wider head for steaming clothes.
