What are you buying for you're 3 month old for Christmas?

I have a 3 month old. I'm really not sure what to buy since he's still really young. Jayden already has a swing, bouncer, blankets, clothes, toys, & everything else. Any ideas what family & me and my fiance could get for our 3 month old son?
