Use whichever one feels the best. It will not make you any bigger, it stretches. There's no way to permanently remove the hairs. You could wax, which would last longer...but ouch! An alternative of napkins is tampons which are inserted inside of you but be sure to change them regularly because you can get toxic shock syndrome. It's really better to learn using your fingers first then use the vibrator though.
