Natural enhancement vs. augmentation?

I had a child 7 months ago and my seem to have gotten really smaller b4 I was pregnant I was secure with a full B but post child birth im at an A. I've contemplated having a job and I wanna know the pros and cons of natural enhancement vs. augmentation. And the prices of having a job in Dallas, TX.
