My toenail just came completely off...?

Alright so I was sitting here reading a book before bed. I decided to take my socks off because I don't like sleeping with socks on and I felt a little bit of a like twinge in my toe next to my pinkie toe and i looked down and my toe had no nail. It wasn't bleeding and the nail was in my sock. It wasn't discolored and I don't (as far as I know) have any fungus, and I didnt injure my foot.. I am on seroquel, venlafaxine, prenatal vitamins, and loestrin fe... I was wondering why the hell this happened because this is too freaky and I can not handle this kind of thing..
