Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?

I know I have asked 100 questions,,,,,,I have another!! My last period was May 25th. My RE had me start 25mg Clomid on day 4 which was May 27th, I went in for an ultrasound on June 3rd and he advised me to come back on June 5th with my Ovidrel shot for another ultrasound, ( This is my second round of clomid since March 23rd 2009, my RE had me on 50mg Clomid but he said that it worked to well. I produced way to many follicles, so he advised me to cut them in half to reduce the affect.) I went in for my ultrasound on June 5th and my RE advised me not to get the Ovidrel shot and to have starting that day every other day for three days so that I would be in the fertile window. He stated that I had four follicles that were great in size and that I could go ahead and try. He then advised me to come back in on June 12th for a follow up appt with him. He didn't say that he was going to do another ultrasound or do bloodwork, he just said to make the appt. Does anyone know what he might have me come in for? Is it possible that he could do labs or an ultrasound to confirm that im pregnant? Im getting so close but yet I feel so far away from the reality of being a mom. If anyone could shed some light on what im in for friday please help! Ive been a mess waiting for this friday appt to come sooner!!!! Please help a wanting mommy to be!!
