How to deal with mean librarians?

You can prob talk to them about it, i mean it is there library and in school it is all up to them, If you dont like dont go there...they prob have a rule or instructions to not to have students sit together and work off eachother... the library at my high school was like that. and they never knew or had proof about students having to work together on projects.
