HELP! im moveing a 55 gallon goldfish tank!10 points best answer?

ok so i have to move my tank in the next 30 mins to and hour all i have is a ten gallon tank and like 2 five gallon jugs what do i do the tank is 55 gallon with 4 goldfish in it and 1 pelco plz help me fast
