Chris Jericho involved in altercation after house show.?

Yes I know this has already been stated on YA, but I’m going to add my own standpoint anyway. As several news sites are reporting, Chris Jericho was involved in a real life altercation after a house show in Victoria, Canada last night. Chris was spat on, punched and kicked by ‘fans’ who labelled him a “disgrace to Canada”. Backed in to a corner, Chris was forced to strike back, shoving a female fan, flooring her boyfriend and then knocking down a security guard for not protecting him. Unfortunately the incident was caught on camera which is now on YouTube and has the shameful title of “Chris Jericho hits a girl”. Let me start by saying that Chris “Jericho” Irvine did what any of us would have done, protected himself. He may be a wrestler, but he’s a human being too and did not deserve to be put in that position under any cirstances. I expect a lot of media hype over this, but let there be no doubt that the inbred ‘fans’ in question are to blame, not Chris. Your thoughts?
